Abstract
小儿在手术中有低体温的风险。虽然没有明确的小儿体温保护指南,但是 成人的指南以及其他有限的证据表明,避免术中低体温对于非心脏手术的小儿是 有利的。根据不同手术的类型,选择最优的监测和加温设备,以避免温度测量的 误差和潜在的过热。但对于术中低体温的不良后果(如手术部位感染)还需进一步的证据确定。
