Abstract

进行动脉瘤血管腔内修补术的患者存在严重合并症的几率较高,因此需要进 行全面的术前评估和整个手术团队优化配置。单纯肾下型 EVAR 和复杂肾上型
EVAR 不能一概而论,后者有极大的围术期风险。

麻醉计划必须考虑到大量出血的可能和转变为开放术式的可能。

EVAR 手术良好的团队合作和沟通十分重要,尤其是在急诊 EVAR 手术中。
