Abstract

Segmental Spinal Anaesthesia (SSA) is a targeted neuraxial technique limiting anaesthetic spread to specific dermatomes, offering benefits like reduced drug dose, minimal haemodynamic effects, and faster recovery. It’s ideal for high-risk patients undergoing short-duration surgeries.
